Groundwork Sites is a service of T & B Affiliates, LLC. When this policy says "we," "us," or "our," it refers to T & B Affiliates, LLC, operating as Groundwork Sites.

  • Business information — business name, owner name, address, phone number, email, and a description of your services. You provide this during our intake call or form.
  • Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number.
  • Account credentials — if you create a login to edit your site, we store your email and a securely hashed password. We never store plain-text passwords.
  • Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) when you use our tools.

How we use your information

  • Build, host, and maintain your website
  • Register and manage your domain name
  • Process payments and send receipts
  • Communicate with you about your site (updates, renewals, support)
  • Improve our services

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Domain registration and WHOIS

When we register a domain on your behalf, we enable full WHOIS privacy protection. Your personal contact information is not publicly visible in WHOIS records.

Data retention

We retain your business information and website data for as long as your site is active. If you cancel your service, we will delete your data within 90 days upon request.

Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), securely hashed passwords, and signed session tokens. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Your rights

You can:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or update your information
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
